Unfortunately, the brand seems to have slightly reduced the sturdiness of the products they make in the last few years. Nonetheless, there are still 17/20 five-stars ratings mentioning “quality” on Amazon!

Now here are some things that could be improved on the Webmaster harness!
- The price is relatively high even if most people agree it’s worth the extra money. For approximately $60, the materials are not as good quality as they could be. Even if it’s far away from perfection, the harness is still very sturdy and durable.
- Another downside to this piece of equipment concerns the straps. Some clients have complained about the fact that they are not very easy to adjust. Other reviews of the Ruffwear Webmaster Harness shared that the straps loosen a little bit if your dog pulls too hard.
- The small nylon loop could be more useful if placed elsewhere. It might also need some improvement.
